ÖØ¿ÚζSM School of Management, along with partners Dole plc and Kier, has won two awards at the Brandon Hall Group™ Excellence Awards, recognising its high-quality programmes in leadership development and talent management.
ÖØ¿ÚζSM’s ten-month programme for Dole plc, Developing Talented Leaders to Drive Business, was awarded Gold for excellence in the leadership development category. Running since 2018, it has helped leaders across the global organisation advance their careers and develop the capabilities for future opportunities.
Awarded Silver in the best unique or innovative talent management category, ÖØ¿ÚζSM’s programme for Kier – Building Talent for Sustainable Futures – supports talent with insights, practical and theoretical tools and skills to help them grow their professional careers.
